For people living outside the UK who are interested in the AFK course it is possible to send and receive Question and Answer documents via email.

When receiving the documents you will be able to:

(a) email answers for questions that only require a text response

(b) use your computer's standard image editing software (such as Microsoft™ Paint on a Windows based PC) to answer questions that require simple diagrams, then attach the amended image/s to your email

More information on editing the pitch document and sending via email can be found within the members section and is available to download
.

Step 1 (opening a pitch document)

(a) To open Microsoft™ Paint (on any Windows based computer) simply click the start menu button (usually situated in the bottom left hand side of your screen).

Then select Run.

(b) A 'Run' box will appear. Enter mspaint.exe and then click 'OK'.

(c) Once Microsoft™ Paint is open you can then open the pitch document you wish to edit. You do this by clicking 'File' then clicking 'Open'
. This will then open a window in which you can locate your file and open it.

Step 2 (editing a pitch document)

(a) Now you have the document open you can edit the file to add the number of the player and a line to indicate a player movement path. This is done by selecting the Line tool to draw a line and theText tool to type the player number. When this is selected you can then set the colour by selecting the colour you want to use at the bottom of the screen (we suggest black).

(b) Click on the screen and either drag to draw a line or type in a player number.

Step 3 (saving a pitch document)

If you are happy with the changes you have made, you can now save the file by clicking 'File' then 'Save as'. A box will appear in which you can name the file and designate where you would like it to be saved. Once happy with the filename and file destination click 'Save'.

Step 4 (sending a pitch document)

You can now attach the file to an email and send it to enquiries@afkuk.co.uk
