Delivery
On receiving payment
we will first of all issue you with a username and password
which will allow you access to our website console.
We will also send you 2 AFK workpads and a starter pack.
Privacy
We are committed
to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information
we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1998 ). We collect information about
you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order
and secondly, to provide you with the best possible
service.
Change of Information
It is important
that should your contact information change in any way
then you alert us to it immediately in order for us
to maintain our service.
Refunds
Full refunds will
be given on any package not initiated as long as all
goods received are returned undamaged in any way. The
consumer agrees that their first correspondence constitutes
initiating the package purchased.
In the event of any refund being made a fee of £9.99
will be deducted for postage & packaging.
Service
AFK will use its
best endeavours to provide the consumer with expert
advice throughout the course. However, it is agreed
by all parties that the advice given is solely an opinion.

Extra workpads are
available at a cost of £2.99 plus postage &
